Recent Traveller Feedback
Booked the cheapest Zero fare on SKY from Santiago to Puerto Montt and was glad I read the fine print first — you only get a personal item of 45 x 35 x 25 cm that goes under the seat. I brought a small backpack and it fit perfectly, but anyone with a rolling carry-on needs to pay extra for the cabin bag add-on or check it at the gate.
Flew SKY Plus from Lima to Santiago with a 55 x 35 x 25 cm cabin bag weighing 9.5 kg and had no issues at all. The overhead bins were standard size and my bag fit easily even on a busy flight. Boarding was quick and nobody weighed my bag at the gate, though I have seen them spot-check passengers with bags that look oversized.
Added one checked bag of 23 kg to my SKY booking online for 35 USD, which was much cheaper than paying at the airport. The bag arrived in perfect condition and the 158 cm linear limit was standard for a medium suitcase. I definitely recommend pre-booking any checked bags because the airport counter price is almost double on this airline.
