Frequently Asked Questions

What do you get with the SKY Airline Zero fare?

The Zero fare is SKY Airline's cheapest ticket and only includes one personal item that fits under the seat in front of you.
The personal item must measure no more than 45 x 35 x 25 cm and can be a small backpack, handbag or laptop bag.
There is no cabin bag or checked baggage included with the Zero fare, so you must pay extra if you want to bring a larger carry-on or checked suitcase.

Does the Plus fare include a cabin bag on SKY Airline?

Yes, the Plus fare includes one cabin bag weighing up to 10 kg with maximum dimensions of 55 x 35 x 25 cm.
You also keep the personal item allowance, so you can bring both a small under-seat bag and a larger overhead cabin bag on Plus tickets.
The cabin bag must fit in the overhead bin and includes wheels, handles and pockets when measuring the size.

Is checked baggage included with SKY Airline tickets?

No, checked baggage is not included in the basic Zero or Plus fares and must be purchased as an add-on separately.
Each checked bag can weigh up to 23 kg and measure up to 158 cm when you add length, width and height together.
You can add checked bags during booking or later through the manage booking section on the SKY Airline website before your flight.

What is the personal item size limit on SKY Airline?

Every passenger gets one personal item on SKY Airline regardless of fare type, with maximum dimensions of 45 x 35 x 25 cm.
The personal item must fit completely under the seat in front of you and does not count as your cabin bag.
Common examples include a small backpack, purse, briefcase or laptop bag that stays within those measurements.

Is it cheaper to add checked bags online or at the airport with SKY?

Adding checked bags online before your flight is always much cheaper than paying at the airport counter with SKY Airline.
Airport prices can be almost double the online rate, so it is worth deciding how much luggage you need before you book.
You can also add extra bags after booking through the SKY Airline website or app up until online check-in closes.
