Recent Traveller Feedback
Booked the Basic fare from Toronto to Montreal thinking I could bring a small carry-on. At the gate they told me only a personal item is included and my backpack had to be checked. It cost me 35 dollars at the gate. Next time I will pay a little extra for Standard so I can bring a proper carry-on bag.

Flew Porter Freedom class from Ottawa to Halifax with two checked suitcases for a week-long trip. Both 23 kg bags were included at no extra charge and check-in was smooth. The 62 inch linear limit is standard so my regular hardside spinner fit with no issues.
Tried PorterReserve on my flight to Boston. The premium cabin includes two checked bags and priority boarding, which meant I had plenty of overhead space for my carry-on. The personal item 13 x 17 x 6 inch size is a bit small but my laptop bag fit fine under the seat.
