Lagos to Abuja round trip on economy. Got exactly 20 kg of checked baggage included, no more no less. Went one kilo over on the way back and had to pay N1,000 at the check-in counter. The excess fee is charged per kilogram on domestic routes, so it adds up fast if you are several kilos over the limit.

Flew Air Peace from Lagos to London Gatwick. Economy class came with two checked bags of 23 kg each. Both were around 21 kg so no issues at all. The flight was full but bags came out quickly.
Flew back from London to Lagos with way more shopping than I planned. Needed a third checked bag. Bought it online ahead of time for 150 USD instead of paying 200 USD at the airport. Saved 50 dollars and skipped the long line at the excess baggage desk.

They have a bag sizer right at security for domestic flights. My 45 cm roll case fit fine at 5.8 kg. A few people with larger bags had to repack or check them in before boarding.
