At check-in the agent weighed my carry-on and said it was 1 kg over the 10 kg limit. I moved a few items into my backpack to fix it, but then she told me my personal item was too large and wouldn't fit under the seat. I ended up paying extra to check my cabin bag at the counter, which was way more than I expected.
I booked the cheapest Economy Light fare assuming a carry-on was included like most airlines. At the gate I was told I had to pay to check my roll-aboard because Light fares only include a personal item.
