At the gate, easyJet staff asked me to place my cabin bag in the sizer. It didn't fit because I hadn't included the wheels and side pockets in my measurement, so they charged me to put it in the hold. I later found out adding bags online before the airport is much cheaper.
My Large Cabin Bag was well under the 15 kg limit, but I was surprised to learn the free Small Cabin Bag has no weight restriction at all. Either way, I had to lift it into the overhead bin myself — the crew told me they can't assist.
